I’m pkmwt, an electronic music producer inspired by Synthwave, Citypop, and the nostalgic vibes of the 80s and 90s – always with a modern twist. My tracks mix immersive melodies and uplifting energy, balancing creative instinct with structured production. I started composing, mixing and mastering my own music in 2024, driven by a need to express emotion through sound.
My musical roots go deep. As a kid, I played around with a PCM synth. In 2008, I found a piano mentor who helped me grow, and by 2010 I was part of an orchestra, even writing a piece for them. I later joined a local trip-hop cover band (Portishead, Massive Attack, Radiohead) until 2016. But the real spark came earlier — raves and Swiss Street Parades 🇨🇭 from 2001 to 2006, with The Prodigy’s Fat of the Land, Thunderdome, trance and Detroit techno setting the tone 🔥
Recent releases include Onto the Past (EP), Midnight Hex (with Lynvy), Open the Red Sea, Bryant Acid, plus the latest singles Endless Shore 🌊 and White Dot ⚪ — both part of my upcoming album Echoes of Today, inspired by Stoicism and the art of living in the moment.
I’m also the co-host of Entre deux notes 🎙️, a podcast with Lynvy where we talk about music, creativity and the artistic journey. Outside of music, I’m a datacenter engineer 💻 and part of a tech preservation group in Lausanne – because old machines and old sounds still matter.
